Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

• Fabric wear and pilling on the inside of the chest
• Wear on the ankle area 
• Couple small cuts in the neoprene that does not go all the way through
