XBOX Series X ASTRO A40 + MIXAMP PRO (please read)

I labeled the condition as good only because I purchased this item for my son and when he tried to hook it up it to his Xbox it stated that software for mixamp needed to be updated. I tried everything possible and I could not get the software to update. I tried different links to software update, multiple computers, contacted support and still was unable to update which makes the mixamp unusable. This is the second mixamp we’ve tried that has had the same issue. The headset itself has never been used and can be used as standalone. mixamp is bonus if you can figure out update issue. I did register all three items with Logitech at first but after I couldn’t figure out the issue, everything was deregistered and no longer appears on his account. I can’t confirm if you will have issues trying to reregister. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
