When you bought cards there was a tax stamp on each deck to go to the government. Helped fund the war but basically it was just a text because they thought you were playing around and had time to gamble instead of work lol
This deck is much cheaper than the other one that I have listed because it's not as good at condition and one deck is a pinup and the other deck is advertising an area by the Great lakes
