WEICONLOCK® AN 302-50 Screw Locking APPLICATION: Specially designed for economical locking, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. WEICONLOCK® AN 302-50 is medium viscosity, high-strength and difficult to dismantle. The dispensing tip and the patented WEICON pen system allow optimum dispensing of the adhesive. After only 2-5 minutes, the metal adhesive cures and achieves best results. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Then assemble and tighten the parts. For sealing applications, apply WEICONLOCK® annularly to the thread. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid.
