The main pouch uses stretchable, water-repellent SAM1 fabric.
The flap and rear MOLLE straps are made of laser-cut Squadron material.
The pouch section uses the new SAM1 material, which is both stretchable and water-repellent.

The flat size of the empty pouch is approximately 20cm x 12cm, and it's large enough to hold IFAK contents.

The cross window on the flap has an opening on the back, so you can replace it with an IR sheet cut to the same size.

You can use the slit in the elastic band on the top of the flap to hold pens, etc. The buckle webbing that secures the flap is adjustable in length.
The elastic band attached to the side of the main body is designed to perfectly fit a tourniquet.

The back is MOLLE compatible and can be attached to belt equipment or MOLLE compatible equipment.
