This item belonged to my father, so I can guarantee it is at least 30 years old.
This circular clock appears to be a presentation piece for Insurance Management Solutions Group.
The clock face is marked with the IMS company name and logo, "CSI SWISS" (what is believed to be the manufacturer) and the phrase "23KGP DIAL". The hours are marked as Roman numerals. The outer shell is ribbed and it has a piece of felt on the bottom so it won't scratch the desk. It is heavy enough to be a paperweight and measures approximately 2" x 1-3/4" and is 3/4" thick.
I DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE CLOCK WORKS. It is used, but I believe it only needs a new battery to function.
