I've had Mikasa dishes forever BUT have barely used the teapot w/ lid. Beautiful, like new condition, maybe used 2-3 times ever, put away up high in the cabinet. KUTANI BIRD DESIGN of birds centered w/ red, yellow, and pink florals.. $299.95 on the Replacements site. Made in Japan, holds about 5 cups of fluid. Always hand washed. 8 1/2 inches tall without the lid on. Weighs about 1 lb 9.3 ounces. Status of this Mikasa design is discontinued 1977-1984.
