Hallmarks - Cartouche with JBLd (which indicates John Bull Ltd.), Anchor (which indicates Birmingham) and Passant Lion (which indicates sterling). There is another mark that I do not recognize.
Measures 5½" × 7¼", opening 3¼” x 5”. Clear glass. Blue velvet easel back.
Frame is tarnished and no attempt has been made to polish. You may prefer the tarnished appearance. The velvet back shows some wear. Age unknown. Consider good but vintage condition.
