This is vintage. Like, actually vintage, not that faux-vintage crap everybody lists. This dress is from the 60s, according to the St. Louis vintage shop that sold it to me, plus my mom inspected it and said "I had one almost exactly like this." Vintage-vintage.
With that out of the way, let's move on. It's homemade, and you can see all the seam work inside and out. It's made of a thick, textured polyester (I think) that's very sturdy; it gets a little warm sometimes. Beautiful sky blue color that's hard to capture in photos. Mock neck, flattering darts, back zipper. Mod shape, mini length. Fits like a size 2 or 4.
Good used condition, worn by me a handful of times. There's some discoloration around the inner neck, so talk to your cleaner or seamstress.
