This beautiful vintage Sterling silver necklace from Egypt displays a magical number of seven Ankh symbols in three-dimensional oval cups with a dark patina background in the cups that sets off the symbol so well. These seven are hung from the chain by two beautiful sterling lotus blossoms.
The chain is very unique as well, please see the photos, and the closure is via a large hook that has the Egyptian government assay symbols on it that represent its quality manufacture and date.
I was unable to match it up exactly, as I didn’t see the Arabic character that is the last symbol, but generally after checking everything out, I would say this is dated between 1945 to the late 90s.
