Item was bought in Brick lane vintage 20 years ago. It's got a hole at the waisteband which could be fixed with care. Material is cotton and very light ( almost sheer) . Dress length is past the knee. The bottom layer has a maroon petticoat and the top layer splits up one side. A very unusual and attractive design. I love this dress and don't want to get rid of it but I live in a cold climate where and I don't wear it anymore and I'm not as thin as I used to be! Would fit a size 8-10 nicely..
