Quality- GVC (Good Vintage Condition) – Coat exterior has no rips, tears or fading. Inside Right lapel has 3 small black dots and inside where lapel lays, there are additional very small black dot marks (ink possibly). One slightly larger lighter black mark on the inside of the left-hand sleeve lining near the armpit.
