Vintage Artisan Bronze Stylized Bead Pin

Vintage Unique Artisan made Bronze tone Stylized Blue Dangle Bead Brooch. The pin is rather tarnished - I polished it a bit before taking last picture of the back so that the signature could be more visible, I still can’t fully make it out, the first name isn’t legible to me but “Smith” appears to be the last name. D907
