Probably one of the most unique and bizarre books I’ve ever seen… And I have all of the Shel Silverstein books… This is a vintage hardback, published in 1969 by Remy Charlip. The illustrations and poetry and short stories… This book is just super intriguing and very trippy. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen or read. The author is a teacher, theater Director, choreographer, designer of sets and costumes and is the head of the children’s literature and theater department at Sarah Lawrence College.
