USS ARNEB AKA-56 OPERATION DEEP FREEZE '61

This book is extremely rare and not available anywhere else on the internet that I can find, very few copies exist. OPERATION DEEP FREEZE account of the scientific expedition to Antarctica Admiral Byrd. This is printed in 1961, vintage book with many pictures. Total 96 pages. Book measures 11 x 8 inches large

This was owned by a US Navy Veteran. Condition is good, as shown in images. The binding is good, no torn pages or marking inside. Cover is worn. Pages are all in good condition overall. There is some minor damage to the front cover corner that looks as though the book was dropped once on the corner, there is a very small bend to the top corners that's almost unnoticeable.

Very high materials used. This is a heavy book for it's size. The paper is thick paper with amazing high quality black & white and colored images. The back says "KEYS PRINTING CO." & "A Smith Crafted Cover"
