The Universal Plater - Chrome Edition Is a great machine for those who want to plate onto chrome plated surfaces. This machine will accomplish all that our Universal Plater But allows you to remove existing chrome surfaces. This machine comes with the ability to go in and out of the chrome stripping mode, which requires a reverse polarity. It has an increased power supply of 12 volts and 10 amperes. This will help decrease the amount of time you need to spend stripping the chrome off an item so that you can gold plate it. It is also designed to have a safety function that will de-active the activator and plating ports when in the chrome stripping mode so that you don't ruin your plating job if you fail to switch back to the plating mode.

• Our unique three step process gives you everything you need to quickly and efficiently gold plate a chrome item with real 24K gold plate. (1) Remove existing chrome. (2) Activate underlying nickel plate. (3) Apply a beautiful layer of real 24K gold plate.
