Only things included with this radio is the OEM antenna (uniden branded), belt clip that broke still sorta works, no batteries or ac adapter is included. Condition on it has some wear/use to it. There appears to be some particles of dust that got behind the lens of the display as shown in the picture.
Tested and working. Obviously if you are looking at this scanner you know what it is. Showing firmware version. I do not have the expertise to program this radio with the serial cable since I do not have the necessary cable. Any programming has to be done by hand. I punched in and was able to receive the weather NOAA frequency A-OK.
