Inside, the cabinet supports up to 150 lb (68 kg) of equipment. Two 1U shelves with adjustable metal brackets hold items that are not rack-mountable, such as modems, small switches, or security appliances. Remove the shelves and you unlock as much as 10U of usable mounting space for standard rack components.

The cabinet projects less than seven inches from the wall, so it works in hallways, wiring closets, retail checkout areas, classrooms, and other spots where every inch matters. Ventilation slots encourage airflow to help keep devices cool without the need for extra fans.
