Condition: Good. I've used this mic for a couple years, but it's in about the same condition as when I bought it, far as I can tell. The only thing "damaged" is the little foam padding for the desk mount clamp. The adhesive on the foam is worn, so it'll probably fall off soon... I believe this little piece of foam padding serves to prevent the clamp from slipping from its place on the desk, or being easily knocked off.
It's a strong clamp, but it could damage your desk if you tighten too much. Also, under no circumstances should you use this kind of clamp stand on a glass table.
