Description : L'herbe de passiflore compose en grande majorité ce mélange. Elle est utilisée principalement pour aider à réduire l'anxiété. La passiflore favorise aussi le sommeil grâce à ses propriétés sédatives. D'ailleurs, cette tisane n'entraîne pas d'accoutumance comme certains somnifères sur les tablettes. Nous conseillons d'en consommer après le souper. La marjolaine et les feuilles d'oranger lui confèrent un goût très agréable.
Ingrédients : Herbe de passiflore (passiflora incarnata), feuilles oranger (citrus aurantium), herbe de marjolaine (majorana hortensis), feuilles de tilleul.
Mode d’emploi : Adultes : Utilisez un sachet par tasse d'eau, 1 fois par jour. Versez de l'eau bouillante et laissez infuser de 4 à 6 minutes.
