This vintage Timex, a Mercury model has the much desired sunburst dials with its reflective and shimmery silver accented by gold markings. This is enhance by its beautiful gold finished case, giving it a rich appearance. The movement, cleaned and lubricated by a professional watchmaker, is a model 27, which incorporates a day and date function. On the wrist it keeps good time for a mechanical watch from almost 50 years ago. This timepiece carries the serial number 16860 2773. I don't believe it would be possible to find a nicer example of this vintage Timex, especially in this condition and its servicing.
