- LEAK DETECTION PROTECTION: Mechanical leak detector shuts off water at the first sign of a leak to protect your cabinets, flooring, and home from water damage. The compressed cotton pad expands when exposed to water, causing the valve to depress inside the detector, which cuts off the water to the filtration system at the elbow joint.
- EASY VERSATILE INSTALL: 1/4" QuickConnect ports can be used as either the inlet or the outlet for the detector. The tray includes 6 mounting points for custom installation options, and install is easily done using just a Phillips head screwdriver. Look for the SP-LD133-BRK wall mount brackets (sold separately) for optional wall mounting for basement and custom installations.
- HEAVY DUTY TRAY: The large drip tray is composed of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic, which is known for its durability. The plastic is impact resistant, chemical resistant, resistant to corrosion, and rigid. At the same time, it is also a safe, non-toxic choice that is fully recyclable.
- LARGE SIZE COMPATIBILITY: This leak detector kit and tray is the perfect size for SpiroPure RO systems, such as the SP-RO100 and SP-RO200ST, as well as any undersink water filtration system that uses 1/4" QC tubing. The 16-1/2" x 9-1/6" tray is big enough for most RO systems, but is also a compact size that slides neatly under kitchen sinks.
