***I purchased extra mouthpieces planning for a large game night and was so disappointed when almost everyone declined to pay this game. It comes with 21 mouthpieces rather than just 5. Only 3 were used, but I sterilized them in the dishwasher after they were used. There are 2 different sized mouthpieces, as shown in the last photo.
