New year, new knife, same SORD excellence. The 8" Super Flex brings an entirely new level of flexibility to the cleaning table. This knife features our G10 handle that continues to perform when put to the test of time, but now with an 8" long, narrow, straight blade with ultimate flexibility. This blade can bend 90 degrees from the cleaning table with 2.5" of the blade tip still flat against the table. This knife combines the durability of all SORD knives with a level of finesse only the crazy ones can appreciate.
Unlike most other SORD blades that are designed to flex more at the tip than the base, this blade evenly tapers thinner along the spine so it maintains consistent flexibility throughout its entire length. It is the ideal knife for softer skinned species like Wahoo, King Mackerel, Trout, Flounder, and Vermillion Snapper.
