This is a white covered sugar bowl with a blue band and blue and pink flowers and greenery and gold trim. It is signed Pearl Thomas 1939. I do not know if it is hand painted. I have searched it and I just can not tell. But it’s a cute floral dish, that is soon to be antique and it would make a nice sugar bowl or storage dish.
The dish measures 4.25 inches across and is 1.75 inches tall to the rim and 2.25 inches tall to the top of the handle.
The dish has no chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage. The inside is clean with no staining,
