Setting the programmable limits provides a quick visual and audible indication if a test passes or fails. In addition, a comparator output enables the simple integration of these gauges into quality systems for repetitive testing such as on production lines. Large backlit LCD with graphics and icons facilitates quick and easy setup and operation. An analog bar graph displays current readings in comparison to the full-scale range and the pass/fail icons provide an instant response of the testing outcome. The storage symbol indicates when a reading is logged. Use the menu-selectable display orientation function to easily transition from push to pull testing for portable or test stand applications. The Shimpo FG-3000 series digital force gauges allow you to log up to 500 readings and to view data on the screen, send to the optional printer, or upload via the free downloadable software from Shimp for graphing and statistical analysis capabilities.
