I found this while cleaning out my parents' house.
It belonged to my older brother when he was a child.
It's a very old notebook from the tokusatsu film "Gamera vs. Zigra," which was released in 1971.
In addition to the notebook pages, it includes coloring pages and assembly instructions for a wind chime and a "kurukuru" monster (a spinning monster).
Overall, it's yellowed and has some stains, but there are no tears or writing.
I think it's a valuable item.
