Apply product to a dry lawn when grass and weeds are actively growing. It must be watered in immediately after application. Do not apply during winter dormancy period - wait until after the third mowing of the season to apply. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 4 ¼. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 7 ¼. Do not apply with a hand-held spreader.
