Everything is tested and working on this 3ds. Sometimes it takes a couple trys for it to read game but other than that it works great! Comes with a charger, stylus and a 32 GB SD card. It's been region swapped from Europe to US so now it reads US games like the one shown.
It's also had several apps installed:
FBI app- used to install things with qr codes
Hshop- used to download games from online
Pksm- allows you to edit your save file in pokemon games
Checkpoint- let's you save your games saves to your SD card as backups
You can also hold start when powering on the system to use godmode9.
It also has a custom pokemon eeveeloutions themed background with music on the home page
Has Pokemon fire red installed as well
Doesn't come with paper mario
