US size small (4) but fits like a XS. Can wear strapless or with straps. This is a real latex dress so it is matte, and the green color more so matches the third picture. Latex is supposed to be matte NOT shiny. The shine comes from using water based lubricant before wearing.
Powdery white film on the dress is normal.
This is rare real latex dress and would be hard to find nowadays, especially in this color. Few stain blemishes that are hardly noticeable when you wear, but will try to wipe down as best as I can before I ship.
