When Protec was developing the MAX case line, the goal was simple: offer high-quality, lightweight cases with excellent protection at value prices. - The MX304 alto saxophone case is designed to fit most modern alto saxophones with standard key placement and bell size. It is not suitable for vintage models with bell keys on the opposite side, larger bows, or instruments featuring oversized bells.
- Tough exterior: Made of rugged 600D nylon. EPS foam frame is lightweight, rigid, and shock resistant for excellent protection. Main and subway handles made of durable rope with reinforced stitching, with comfortable padded handle wrap featuring hook and loop closure.
- Shoulder straps: Features a large adjustable shoulder pad and strong lightweight clips. Also includes built-in backpack straps that are padded for comfort and can easily be tucked away when not in use.
- Long-lasting zippers: Strong high-quality and custom-designed zippers. QuickLock hook and loop case closure allows you to securely shut an empty case without zippering. The large gusseted front pocket is perfect for storing smaller accessories.
- Soft lining: Interior is lined with durable and non-abrasive, breathable velour. Fits most modern alto saxophone makes and models. Separate neck and mouthpiece sections protect against dents and scratches. Storage compartment has plenty of room to store small accessories.
