This PS5 powers on but is stuck in a boot loop on the startup screen and never fully loads. The screen displays many dots and visual artifacts, indicating a APU issue. As seen in one of the pictures
I took it to several local repair shops some said the APU might be fixable with a reflow, while others considered it unrepairable.
