Permatex's Self-Fusing Silicone Tape is recommended for use on connector wires and cables, pipes, and hoses. It is UV resistant and insulates 400 volts per mil, with a tensile strength of 700 PSI and a dielectric rating of 10,000+. This silicone tape is solvent resistant, designed to withstand fuel, oil, water, salt water, acids, and many other solvents. It is also high temperature resistant, with a temperature range of -65 degrees Fahrenheit to over 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Meets MIL Spec AA59163 and UL510 specifications.
