It's in excellent condition, I've only worn it once or twice. This is a discontinued item, so has limited availability. Purchased at a sample sale - hence the marker on tags. Size small, fits well with room for layering underneath if you felt so inclined. Have worn in lightly rainy situations before with minimal issues. Very comfy, nice toasty jacket! No stains, tears, rips, etc.
