The 2008 DAS Parka is a generation that represents a high level of completion in Patagonia's insulation history. The high-loft synthetic insulation, a staple of the DAS series at the time, is used as the fill, and the design that maintains heat retention even when wet makes it suitable for a wide range of uses, from belaying to town use.
