Past Professional Handgun Glove Shooting

This is the treasured Past Professional Handgun Glove. Good for hand cannons as well as ultra light CCW pieces. Thick leather and special closed cell foam are sewn to the palm and thumb web area to absorb recoil. The middle finger is extended and reinforced with a leather pad to cushion that finger knuckle from the impact of the trigger guard under severe recoil, something that many shooters forget about until they squeeze the trigger.
These come in a set, but only the right hand is padded. The left hand glove is leather and mesh with extended middle knuckle, but without the additional padding so you can get a good tight grip with the support hand.
I bought these years ago in medium and they were too small, so I bought a large and threw these in a box. These are long discontinued and there is literally nothing currently on the market that is purpose built to protect the hand from recoil in the same way. Most modern shooting gloves are just rebadged sport or driving gloves.
