The paper is bi-siliconised ensuring the protection of the product on both sides.
• ✅ MULTIPURPOSE - Baking paper is a type of waterproof paper with non-stick properties that are indispensable in the kitchen and suitable for a variety of uses. Ideal for baking in foil to impress your family members or customers of your catering business! Place fish, vegetables, meatballs or pasta cooked al dente already topped in double sheets of parchment paper and close them, brushing the edges with a mix of water and flour.
• ✅ USE: It will allow you to line baking trays and molds for baking desserts or savouries without using butter, oil or other fats so that the food does not stick to the bottom. Baking paper allows baking at temperatures up to 200°C for 60 minutes.
• ✅ FRIDGE - Use it to store meat in the refrigerator: avoiding blackening and the emission of liquids, its porosity makes it particularly suitable for wrapping paws and kottechini before cooking and storage. The parchment paper can be used for refrigeration at 2°C for 24 hours and for freezing at -20°C for 180 days.
