"Painted Dreams"~ is a unique version of altered paintbrush art! Done on a thick beveled wooden palette that has been texturized with several mediums from plaster of Paris, stains, inks, gilded waxes, and more. A 3x8 Paintbrush was added and then transformed with textures, acrylics, gilded waxes, art stones, and more before dazzling with unique pieces from disassembled jewelry! The word "Dream" is delicately placed on the paintbrush, giving even more depth to this piece. Gilding flakes, embossing, and mica powders were added with several layers of different mediums to give the effect of sparkling glittered paint pouring from the bottom of the paintbrush and over the bottom of the wooden beveled palette. The paintbrush is lying on top of a wooden filigree frame that has its own uniqueness and is topped with a large butterfly. A wonderful gift for the person who is a lover of Art, painting, butterflies, and all things unique!
