The System 6 Pace Clock Software Option's memory enables you to plan your entire training program at the start of the season and adapt routines as your swimmers advance. Each workout can be retrieved from memory whenever needed. The software allows programming up to twelve lanes of individual workouts, with 100 independent sets per lane, and calculates total workout duration. These workouts can be shown on your scoreboard or printed. You can also customize each workout by including each swimmer's name.
