This is a 1997 Ozzfest T-shirt. It has a design that's not often seen.
There are several small holes on the right shoulder and one on the left shoulder. They have been repaired with interfacing from the back.
There is a small tear near the hem on the right side of the front, which has been repaired with thread.
There are two holes in the collar rib, but these are left as is.
The tag is torn.
Both sleeves and hem have single stitching.
