Hojiblanca is a recent addition to the Oro Bailen family, one of the world's most awarded olive oil producers. It is a mild fruity and very balanced extra virgin olive oil with aromas of artichokes, tomatoes and apples and hints of fennel and peppermint. The aroma of freshly cut grass also has elements of cold buttered artichokes and green bananas.
