This is a rare Optimist International youth basement jersey from the 1950s. I have several of these in two different color schemes and designs. This has the Optimist International Crest on the right breast and NHO on the left. They are white with blue accents. They are from Kansas City, Missouri. I believe this are from the 1950s as that is when Optimist International formed baseball teams.
This jersey is #23 but I have other numbers and sizes in two different styles and sizes. I can add-on pants and socks for additional cost. Please see my store for other numbers and design.
The jersey would likely get classifed as a small or small media for youth sizes. It is 17 inches across the chest from armpit to armpit and 27 inches tall from shoulder seam to bottom seam.
This uniform is complete and may have some light stains or some holes due to age but clean and good enough condition for collection and/or display.
