The e-reader is in excellent cosmetic condition. I only got it to compare it to my Kobo. I did not notice any scratches or any damage on it. Only listing as "good" condition in case there's anything I missed, but it's in fantastic condition with no noticeable points of damage.
There are a couple of what appear to be single dead/bright pixels on the screen. They didn't bother me at all when reading and I only just noticed them now when zooming in to take pictures. These are common issues with e-ink displays regardless of what brand of e-reader you have (pretty much all of my e-readers in the past have had like 2-5 of them).
This is an android-based e-reader so you can use any android reading app (or other apps). It's also great for manga & webtoons.
The two included cases have a magnetic auto sleep/wake closure and kickstands.
