This is NWT but does have flaws. There are some beads/sequins missing with some threads that need to be tucked but a bead packet is attached. It is heavily stitched through the dress, so easy to blend in if you don't want to fix it. I captured most of the areas that are missing beads. Dress as is. Please note due to the delicate nature of hand sewn dresses, some may beads may fall off during shipping. Nonsmoking home with one fur baby; no returns or cancellations.
