Nikon FE + Nikkor 50mm f/2

Up for grabs is a lovely black Nikon FE with a vintage Nikon 50mm f/2 lens. The speeds are accurate as is the meter. The body has the usual user’s markings which gives it some character in my opinion.

The only issue it has (which came like that when I bought it) is the little release lever under the film winding knob spins around freely which can make releasing the film door annoying. But, at least to me, it never bothered me. I still manage to open the door just fine. The lens is sharp and free of fungus. It’s light and the focusing Throw is very relaxed.

Honestly, I bought this camera out of sentimentality as I used to have one before when I lived in China. Sadly, it just sits amidst my other cameras and collects dust =[

I’ve checked the current market for those and they’re priced well above my asking price, so please let’s not waste time with unnecessary offers =}

Maybe it’ll find a better home and more use in different hands.
