Overall good condition. There is one repairs tear by pocket/zipper area that is not noticeable when worn. No other flaws or signs of wear. Adjust spaghetti strap, square neck, fit and flare silhouette, tiered ruffle bottom dress with stretchy shirred back panel and hidden sides pockets. Zips on the side. It is cotton and the back panel allows enough stretch to just barely fit on my mannequin with 36.5” bust and 28.6” waist. It would fit better on a true size 4.
