Multi-purpose Epoxy Water-based Primer by Jafep

Two-component, water-based epoxy primer formulated with transparent epoxy resins. Applicable to a wide range of substrates, it acts as a bridge for various finishes, notably as a bonding and reinforcing layer for concrete surfaces. Used for protecting cement and concrete pavements, providing a transparent finish. Suitable for both industrial and decorative zones, offering good mechanical resistance.

• Usage: Combine two components in a 3:1 weight ratio (2.5:1 by volume), preferably mechanically for optimal mixing
• Achieve the correct ratio by pouring all of component B onto component A. After mixing, dilute with 30% water
• Respect the mixture's useful life (2 hours) to prevent increased viscosity and product waste
• Avoid partial mixing to maintain the product's final properties
• Reapply between 24 to 72 hours, with a maximum of 7 days
• New concrete: Allow at least 30 days to pass before painting
• Ensure the surface is dry
• The surface should be porous
• Other surfaces: Clean, dry, and apply thin layers (40 microns)
