Its gunnel clamps and adjustable sidewall positioning system allow it to fit the contour of a wide rage of boats in multiple locations. The gunnel clamps can be relocated for use as gear hooks in the timber and the two stage step system make it easier for your dog to reach the platform in deeper situations where he may not be able to reach the bottom. On boat applications the gunnel clamps open to 3″ or 3.75″ with the clamps removed.
