Classic and elegant tomato-red sateen evening jacket with black silk corded trim from Mollie Parnis Boutique. Circa mid-1970s.
Bubble stitched design gives this beautiful jacket a subtle floating effect. No closures. Fully lined and hand finished. Mandarin neck. Elegant cut is very flattering. Like many great 70s evening pieces, this jacket is more versatile today than it was originally. It could be worn with a formal evening skirt or slacks but also with black skinny pants or destroyed jeans and heels for a cocktail party.
Excellent vintage condition, no issues.
Size would fit a 6 (the size of the mannequin), an 8, or some 10s, depending on bust.
