In great condition it does just have one tiny repair near the armpit as seen in the last photo. It so small it can't be seen unless examined extremely closely. Labeled 40 IT which is a 4 US.
It is stretchy but measures 16.5 in pit to pit flat across the chest and 21 inches shoulder to hem.
skirt in the picture is also missoni and I have it available for sale in another listing. The browns are slightly different between the top and the skirt, but I don't think it matters much if you wanted to pair them.
